Aquapool Gel Clarifier

Aquapool Gel Clarifier removes particles that cause cloudiness, coagulates insoluble impurities and aids in filtration, leaving the water cleaner and crystal clear. It increases the efficiency of the filter and disinfectants, reduces the need for vacuuming by up to 80% and helps remove fine particles up to 18 microns, which are not retained by conventional sand.

What is it for?

Removes particles that cause cloudiness, improves filtration efficiency and enhances the action of disinfectants, reducing the need for vacuuming and the accumulation of debris at the bottom of the pool.

How to use

Before using the product, check the Total Alkalinity and pH of the pool water using the Aquapool Chlorine and pH Test Kit, Alkalinity Test Kit, or 5-in-1 Test Strips. Total Alkalinity should be between 80 and 120 ppm and pH between 7.2 and 7.6. If necessary, make the corrections before application. Wearing gloves, add the gel tablets to the pump pre-filter or the skimmer basket according to the recommended dosage: 1 tablet for up to 50,000 L of water per week. Ensure the filter and filtering materials are in good condition and run the filtration system for at least 6 hours or as directed by the filter manufacturer. 24 hours after application, backwash the filter sand. Important: pump pressure may increase due to the accumulation of debris in the filter. The product is compatible with pool treatments using ozone, UV, and silver and copper ionizers. For public pools or those subject to health inspections, follow the applicable regulations.
