What is it for?
FX 4000 Activated is a powerful acid heavy-duty cleaner (formulated with a robust combination of hydrochloric, phosphoric, and hydrofluoric acids), specifically developed to remove inorganic scale and extreme soil from fixed surfaces in industrial settings. Its key feature is formula stability, maintaining high efficiency even when diluted in hard water, making it highly recommended for the restoration and deep cleaning of aluminum surfaces. How to use
Application Method: The product can be applied through either immersion or spraying methods. Cleaning of Aluminum Surfaces: Prepare a 2.5% solution by diluting 1 liter of FX 4000 Activated in 40 liters of water. Heavy-Duty Cleaning: Use a 5% solution by diluting 2 liters of the product in 40 liters of water (or adjust the ratio based on the severity of the scale). Apply the solution to the surface, allow it to act for a few minutes, scrub, and then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Safety (PPE): Due to the acidic nature and concentration of the formula, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (gloves, boots, protective goggles, and an apron) is indispensable when handling the product in its concentrated form or dilutions.
