What is it for?

The Aquapool Shock and Maintenance Algicide is recommended for eliminating and preventing algae growth in pools. It can be used both as a shock algicide to eliminate existing algae in the water and as a maintenance algicide to prevent the emergence of new algae, depending on the dosage applied. This product is ideal for keeping pool water clean and algae-free, contributing to a healthier and more pleasant environment for swimmers.

How to use

1. Use the Aquapool 3-IN-1 TEST STRIP to analyze alkalinity and pH levels. The total alkalinity should be between 100 and 120 ppm. Maintain the pH within the ideal range of 7.4 to 7.6. 2. Keep the water filtration or recirculation system running for 30 to 60 minutes to homogenize. Dead algae may alter the water color, usually to brown. 3. Brush the pool walls and floor. If algae signs persist, repeat the dosage and procedure.
