26th SIPAT of Lima&Pergher Group

The 26th Internal Week for the Prevention of Workplace Accidents (SIPAT) of Lima&Pergher Group brought together around 1,500 employees at the Center Convention, in a remarkable edition dedicated to safety, health and well-being.

With an engaging and inspiring program, the event opened with a performance by the 36th Mechanized Infantry Battalion Band, followed by speeches from President Fábio Pergher and Vice President Marcos Pergher, who reinforced our values and commitment to people.

Otávio, from SESMT, shared important insights about workplace safety, while Manuel Honorato, coach of the Azulim volleyball team, delivered a powerful message about overcoming challenges.

Sustainability Manager Larissa Cunha led a talk on sustainability and environmental responsibility, and Jaque Espera, from Agência Q9, wrapped up with an interactive lecture on proactivity and attitude — themes that inspired everyone present.

The program also featured several partners such as Settran, Curinga Veículos, Uniube, Romap, Algar, EmagreSempre, H Olhos, TopWay, Vitta, Escola Sesi and Clínica Templa, who created interactive experiences at their booths, offering giveaways and raffles.

Among the most anticipated moments, the Talent Show revealed great voices among our employees, followed by the raffle of a brand-new Fazer 150 motorcycle and 45 special prizes, including products and services.

The event concluded with a live broadcast for our entire sales force across Brazil. The 26th SIPAT was a true success, reinforcing the importance of caring for one another — both inside and outside the workplace — and celebrating what we value most: our people.
